You will have three opportunities in May to hear more about the upcoming VAB building project, ask questions, and provide input into how we move forward with the process. Sundays May 8, May 15, and and May 22 between services.
Sunday, May 8th between services in Fellowship Hall
Members of the VAB Team will explain and answer questions about the process thus far, what the current set of drawings does and does not include, what kinds of input and decisions are yet to be determined, what the feasibility study is and how it relates to moving forward with the project.
Sunday, May 15th between services in Fellowship Hall
Members of the VAB Team and project architect Susan Jones of atelierjones llc will be on hand with concept drawings to explain where we are headed in the project and what the associated costs will look like. You’ll have a chance to look at the drawings up close and ask questions and provide feedback.
Sunday, May 22nd between services in Fellowship Hall
Congregational vote to expend money for capital campaign feasibility study. We will not be voting on concept drawings; voting to move ahead with this is a vote of confidence in the concept drawings.
