Grow In Community

We’re better together.

Community energizes life at Our Redeemer’s. We are a colorful tapestry of different people, stories and perspectives, and we approach every gathering as a meaningful opportunity to share and grow.

Connection has many faces at Our Redeemer’s, whether it’s a neighborhood child here for a week of summer activities, youth attending a Christian rap concert, friends discussing a challenging book or a member of our Caring Community Team taking communion to someone who can’t get to church.

People of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs are invited to take part in the life we share. However you participate, your presence helps shape who we are as an authentic and ever-changing community. Read on to learn about the many ways kids, youth and adults can grow community at Our Redeemer’s.

Hands down the community is what hooked me and it continues to be the reason I keep coming! It means a lot to me to know people and feel a part of something larger than myself.

The Pastor's Discretionary Fund

The Pastor’s Discretionary Fund exists to meet emergency needs within Our Redeemer’s and for those who come to us in a time of need. This fund, sustained by generous members of our congregation, provides help with rent, counseling, medication and other costs. For those whose needs are better met through other service providers, we offer an in-depth resource book, a free telephone, a cup of hot coffee and a warm, friendly place to rest. To learn more about the Pastor’s Discretionary fund, please contact the church office.

You are invited!

Check out the kids, youth, and adult pages to learn more about programs for those groups. Or read about the many ministries the Caring Community Team offers. However you choose to participate, you are a welcome addition to the Our Redeemer’s Community.
