Join the Festivities at Our Annual Auction: “Hollywood Glamour”
Saturday, March 7, 5–8 PM – Doors open at 5 PM
Bring your friends and family for an evening of fun, food, and fundraising! This lively event features entertainment for all ages, music, a craft room for kids, and an entertaining auction emceed by Tim Hunter, assisted by Pastor Thomas.
Register and Donate Online We encourage you to register before the event. Can’t attend in person? You can still register or donate online to support our church’s ministry and mission. Scan the QR code to pre-register and view auction items.
Day-of Registration Walk-ins are welcome. Please note that no cash will be accepted on-site—credit card is required for food, drinks, and auction purchases. Doors open at 5:00 pm.
Bid Cards Pick up your bid card at registration and select your donation amount. Credit card required at check-out unless arranged in advance with the Parish Administrator.
Plan to Eat? Enjoy our Potato Bar and dress up a spud with all the toppings you could imagine for $15.

The “MARQUEE” Bar Council member Aaron Duke will be tending bar. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Silent Auction Most silent auction items will be pre-wrapped for easy pick-up at the end of the evening, making checkout smooth for everyone.

Fund a Need: Hearing Loop for Our Sanctuary Your donation will help install a Hearing Loop system, improving sound clarity and making worship more accessible for all. The Council has already seeded $2K to get things started!
Wine Grab Donate and pick up a bottle or two at our Wine Grab table. Bottle openers and glasses are available if you want to enjoy a taste during the festivities.
Dress to Impress The theme is Hollywood Glamour from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s—tuxedos, sparkles, furs, fancy hats—or dress as a photographer or paparazzi. Casual attire is also welcome – come as you are!
Raffle and Gold Increase your chance to win our raffle prize by purchasing a raffle ticket and additional Gold Bead Necklaces. Search for the Nostalgic Candy/Raffle Host roaming the event.
