You’re invited to join us for Wonder Wanders—a contemplative walking series through our local parks and woodlands. Guided by members of our congregation with deep roots in environmental care, we’ll explore what the natural world has to teach us about God, ourselves, and our shared life. We’ll walk on Sundays, July 27 and August 10th following the 10am service, and then our season of Wonder Wanders will culminate with a special extended Wander on Saturday, August 23, from 10-11:30 am at Carkeek Park (meet at the lower parking lot before 10:00 am). We’ll deepen our contemplative practice and enjoy a more spacious walk.
Individuals, kids, and families are especially welcome on the Extended Wander with activities appropriate for all ages.
This is purposefully designed to be both a faith formation and an outreach opportunity, so will be an appropriate event to which to invite your neighbors and friends.
