Holy Grieving Wednesday, February 11, 6 PM | Sanctuary
As we come into this year, much has happened in our public life and private lives that is cause for grief. Grief can present itself in many forms, and grief can grow smaller or heal, but it is nearly always present at different times in our lives. We are not whole in grief until it has become part of our living–something that angers us, challenges us to find values, boundaries, or beliefs that have been transgressed or affronted, or something that brings sadness or loneliness carries with it the wrestling with loss, and sense of identity and community.
Wherever you may be in the scheme of grief, please come share a moment of mutual support and care. This will not be a service, per se, but a moment of guided meditation, to coalesce around our thoughts and feelings in dealing with loss, anger, sadness, fear, pain, lament and loneliness.
