We are reaching out to you because we would also like to give members of our congregation a little more information about the various ministries/groups/teams that help to keep our church vibrant.  It’s an opportunity for us to share, connect and recruit.   Each ministry/group/team will get half a table, we would need a representative or two from your team to set up, manage and then clean up.  Sign up sheets will be provided for you and we would encourage you to decorate or share pictures or to use some fun props to boost curiosity.  We also recognize that many of these Ministries can be combined and that is something we are very much open to doing.
