Feeling Stressed? Once a week, give yourself half an hour of candlelit quiet in our peaceful sanctuary. You do not need to speak or sing anything. Just come and receive. Centering Prayer is: 10 minutes of calming (recorded) chant; 20 minutes of silence with a word or phrase you choose to remind you want to be in God’s presence; A 2-4 minute spiritual reading; then, leave or take in more quiet.
