A Community "in the model of Christ"

As a community of faith we welcome all on the journey of life. In our diversity we experience and celebrate the unconditional love of God as people of every race, ethnic background, social status, physical condition, sexual orientation, and gender identity. We have become a "Reconciling In Christ" congregation so that we may be shaped by the wide variety of gifts God's people bring to community. Join us as we model the life of Christ in our commitment to compassion, community and justice for all.

What we believe

Our creator God continually reaches out to all life. As we gather in worship, service, work and play, we join with others in God's grace and the Spirit's hope. We gather to experience and celebrate the love of God through Jesus Christ. All are welcome. And we welcome you to take part in the community of Our Redeemer's.

Vision Statement

In the model of Christ, and for the life of the world, we are an inclusive, devoted, caring, spiritual community that accepts challenges, takes risks and grows.

Partners on the Journey

Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church is in partnership with the national church body: The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and the international body: The Lutheran World Federation. These partners assist us in understanding ourselves as a diverse and global expression of God's gifts and the earth's needs.

Worship

We celebrate God's presence in worship in a number of settings. At 9:00 am on Sunday morning we celebrate with an eclectic and upbeat mix of music and worship for children and adults. On the 2nd Sunday of each month children share their gifts and take leadership roles in this worship time. A spirited-traditional worship service beginning at 11:00 am each Sunday includes familiar hymns, a wonderful choir and new liturgies. Holy Communion is shared in all worship services and all are welcome.

Children are always welcome at all worship services. We also offer staffed childcare for children 4 years and younger.
